This quiet apartment is inside a historic brownstone three flights up (no elevator) providing plenty of sun and light. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom with closet and shelving. There is a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a flat screen TV over the original fireplace used as décor. Newly renovated kitchen with cook top stove, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is also newly renovated with shower (no bathtub).
