Enjoy a spacious and extra large studio apartment right in the heart of Lincoln Square on the Upper West Side. This is a peaceful oasis that is centrally-located to everything you need by foot including multiple Subway lines. Central Park, Riverside Park, The Metropolitan Opera are all walking distance from the apartment, not to mention the myriad of delectable restaurants and cafes nearby. I have rented my apartment for the last two years on other platforms with 5-star reviews across the board. Guests have loved my unique space so much that they have returned multiple times and referred their friends and family.
you will be stepping into my personal home, that i live in and work out of when i am not traveling I hope you will enjoy it just as much as I do.

- there is a paid parking garage in the building, as well as available street parking
- there is a paid laundry room on each floor of the building, and i am happy to provide detergent
