We call the home 'Das Gästehaus,' which is German for The Guesthouse as a nod to Concordia's deep German roots. Conveniently located just 2 blocks south of downtown & less than a mile off I-70. Das Gästehaus is a lovely 2-bedroom, 1 bath home that has just been fully remodeled inside and out. Bedroom 1, which is 2 steps down from the main level, features a king bed and 43" TV. Bedroom 2 can be set up as either a king bed and 2 singles, or 4 singles. The living room has a comfortable queen sleeper sofa and a 50" TV. There is a nice covered front porch available for relaxing. The living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together seamlessly. The kitchen features a range, microwave, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee machine. The spacious bathroom has a 48" vanity and a glass-walled 48" shower. The main entry door, bathroom door, and door to bedroom 2 are all 36" wide for those looking for better accessibility. The doors to bedroom 1 and the back door are 32" wide. You'll have private access to the entire home, including the covered front porch. We have a washer & dryer in our home, located next door, that is available by request..
