our properties are *smoke-free* homes, first and foremost Smoking is NOT allowed inside any of our properties under any circumstances.

- outdoor evidence of smoking: any evidence of smoking outside (including cigarette butts, leftover joints, marijuana scraps, pipes, vapes, etc) will be promptly disposed of and will result in a $75 fine. This includes any remnants left in fire pits or other un-designated smoking areas.
