you are in the adu/guest house in the home The main house has tenants and they have access to the pool area in the backyard. You will have access to the gated side yard and the studio space. The pool and backyard are off-limits to you. There is a side yard with a sitting area for you to enjoy during your stay and is private.

our driveway is available for you to use for one car Please park in the driveway in front of the door to the sideyard only. Cars can park in tandem.

access to the sideyard is exclusive to the panorma guests only Our staff is courteous at maintaining the highest level of privacy possible to our guests. The yards are regularly maintained by our groundskeepers and pool maintenance staff. We ask that you not disturb the tenants living in the main house. They are not the hosts for your stay.
