The 2nd floor guest house is mere steps from the carport. A spacious composite wood deck with outdoor furniture greets guests at the top of the stairs. While the living accommodations here are more basic than that of the main house, this is a great area for those that enjoy their privacy while still being close to family and friends. Just inside the entry door is an open kitchen/living room, with cable TV, dishwasher, electric stove, and a wall AC unit for comfort in the summer. Two bedrooms are located on the south end of the guest house, one with a Single trundle bed and the other with a Full bed and limited lake view. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower off the kitchen. The first floor contains a storage area and the homes' washer and dryer for guest use.

On the south end of the living room is a small office alcove that provides a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Across the hall is a bedroom with a Queen size bed and closet. The two bedrooms in the front/lakeside of the second floor feature Queen size beds. One of the bedrooms has a private half bath, and the other features a master bath with shower and double closets. An additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo is located off the hallway.

At the lakefront, a charming beach house awaits guest, with a covered porch for shade, half bath, and a modest kitchen with sink and refrigerator. A fire pit is provided for guests, and there is natural, wade in lakefront for children and pets. A seasonal dock is provided with boat whips for mooring your boat. The swim raft out in the water is great fun and features a swim ladder for easy access. no boat? not to worry, the owner has provided a canoe and kayak for guests' enjoyment!
