Enchanted Hill is a lovely Finger lakes home with a hot tub, large yard, pond, and gracious outdoor and indoor spaces. The house sits on a hill and overlooks the valley beside Keuka Lake. You'll absolutely love your views of the sunrise and sunset from the outdoor areas at this home or seen through the large floor to celing windows in the Living spaces inside.
driving in the paved driveway, there is parking available for 3 cars You'll enter the home from the porch connecting the driveway to the front door, walking in to the entry area. A half bath is located just inside the front door as well as a laundry area.
the kitchen has many prep areas, along with a gas stove built into the kitchen island Your guests will be able to sit up to the island while you cook and the kitchen is fully stocked with the cookware you will need to make a memorable meal. The dining area is part of the kitchen and the dining table seats 8. You can view the valley below through the large dining room windows. If you prefer grilling, there is a great outdoor kitchen area accessible through the kitchen patio door. The outdoor kitchen also has a sit-up bar area, and the deck has an outdoor dining area, gas firepit with comfortable seating, and of course the hot tub. We feel certain you'll spend most of your time out here, enjoying the outdoor living space and the view of the pond and the valley below.
the living room has massive windows and a cathedral ceiling The views from the living room are well worth savoring. Just off of the Living room you'll find the office/man cave/family room with the large tv/tv cabinet, desk for working remotely, and comfortable leather furniture.
ascending the stairs from the living room to the loft above, you'll enter the master suite area The Master Suite has a King size bed and is open to the main living room below with glass railing so that the view through the living room windows can be enjoyed from the bedroom (if you are looking for a private master bedroom space, this may not be suitable for you but it is really lovely to awaken and look through the glass railing and out the living room windows, to the valley below). There is a large attached suite bath with a soaking tub, double sink, large walk in shower, and separate toilet room.
