The villa is under protection of the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments of the Republic of Croatia and has been renovated in 2004, retaining its original character. Although villa is close to city center, it is set in quiet neighborhood and far enough to provide complete peace and quiet experience, surrounded by stone-walled courtyards.

Dining area is connected with bright living room with a large leather sofa, a modern designer table, and LCD satellite TV. The second floor has four double bedrooms; two with en-suite bathrooms and terrace with amazing sea view. The other two bedrooms share a common bathroom and have a balcony and a winter garden.
