it is in a great location to spend your holiday in split
house has three floors and spacious outside terrace just for you
unlike majority of other houses, this one is very close to the beaches firule (3 min walk) and bacvice (6 min walk)
it's only 12 min walking to the split promenade and 8 min to the ferry port
to see majority of attractions located within walking range of the house, please browse through photos
for ideal temperature house has 6 air-condition units, one for each bedroom and two in living room
a spacious room with a pool table also contains fireplace, kitchenette and washing machine
kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, stove, oven, toaster and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal
three bedrooms have a comfortable double bed and one bedroom two cozy single beds
two bedrooms have insuite bathroom with shower, and also there is bathroom with shower and separate toilet
