two main floor bedrooms and beautiful great room with windows facing bay Spacious sun room off of kitchen as well a basement with pool table, ping pong table, dart board and Wii with games. New Samsung Washer and dryer also available.
home is located on 110 ft of stunning private lake front directly on Grand Traverse Bay.

three kayaks (1 tandem and 2 singles) included for guests to enjoy the bay Fire pit with lawn chairs available for smores and star gazing at night.

the bay is shallow with pebbles, sand and smooth rocks (there are 8 pairs of aqua shoes provided, guests can bring their own as well)
