Our newly built home nestled in the woods is on a private drive. Five minutes walking distance to the private beach is Grand Traverse Bay where you can relax, swim or awe at the spectacular sunsets.

The house has central heat and air conditioning and should it be necessary, it is connected to a whole house generator that kicks in automatically in the event of a power outage.
