Beautiful post hurricane remodeled direct gulf front condo, less than 75 feet to the beach. Gorgeous views of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Sunsets can be seen directly from the lanai in November through February. During the other months our guests head to the beach for the beautiful views.

Everything you need at your fingertips to prepare beverages, snacks and all of your meals. Tall cabinet in kitchen holds beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys and beach cooler.

in the master ensuite there is a 50 inch smart tv and a tray ceiling with separate reading lights above the king bed The Kingsdown luxury mattress has an electrically controlled head incline/decline. You have direct views to the gulf and access to the lanai from the master suite. The master bath has two sinks with granite countertops and travertine tile throughout. There is a separate bathroom area with a long stand up shower that includes a stationary rainhead and a shower wand and an in-shower full width bench seat.

our 3rd floor condo is located directly on the beach and has one designated off-street parking space located close to the e building walkway, stairs and elevator
all condos, including lanais, walkways and the entire pointe santo property are non-smoking and non-vaping
pointe santo has tall palm trees and a freshwater lake and is sanibel’s finest resort located directly on the gulf of mexico at the southernmost tip of the island, which runs east to west Chaise loungers are available on the Pointe Santo property sand, near the beach and around the pool. The resort includes a heated saltwater pool and a saltwater hot tub. There are two pickleball courts and one tennis court available for use along with complimentary rackets available for loan at the office (Mon-Fri). Gas grills are available at three locations around the lake. Lounge chairs are located along the edge of the property near the beach to enjoy the sounds of the gulf, birds and the gorgeous water views. The E36 condo and Pointe Santo complex amenities all make for a lovely and fun oceanfront stay.
please note pointe santo is still in recovery mode from hurricanes ian (2022), helene (2024) and milton (2024) and is undergoing landscaping work around the complex and in addition, construction of a new pavilion adjacent to the pool This work will be confined to the inner courtyard during the summer timeframe and guests staying in our unit will not see or hear it. The new saltwater pool is open with lounge chairs, umbrellas, rest rooms and outside showers for rinsing off. New grills have been installed at the tiki huts. All elevators are working with luggage carts to help you bring your belongings to the unit. Tennis/pickleball courts are open. We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time as we continue to get Pointe Santo up to its normal excellent resort standards. Also, please be aware that algae blooms (commonly called Red Tide) may occur for unspecified periods of time throughout the year.
