we are tucked into a quaint and historic salt lake city neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, and parks, and within two miles of groceries, entertainment, shopping, downtown salt lake city, 9th and 9th, and sugarhouse Thirty minutes from Park City, and 45 minutes from the major ski resorts like Brighton, Alta, Snowbird, and Solitude. the perfect central spot for your visit to salt lake!

woodsy backyard area with grass, large trees, bistro lights, wood firepit, pergola with shade, sectional with cushions and pillows, table, kids playground, trampoline, bench swing, sand pit, and other outdoor toys for kids backyard is shared with our guesthouse that is also rented on airbnb until we are able to build a fence for your privacy and luxury!

we do not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat a block away

this is our personal home we rent when we travel, there is a guesthouse on the other side of the yard that we airbnb full-time as well The backyard is shared with the guesthouse. We have 10:00pm outdoor quiet hours to be respectful of our neighbors.
