this guesthouse is a gorgeous split-level guest house in the liberty wells neighborhood On the top floor is a lounge area, full kitchen, and newly renovated bathroom. On the bottom floor is the bedroom with a king-size bed. There is also a queen-size air mattress and a pack-N-play to accommodate any number of guests.

a couple things we've heard from former guests:
-there are stairs in the apartment, and because it was built in 1919, they are narrow There is a hand railing.
-the bedroom and bathroom are on separate floors
-we are located at the end of a dead end street, which makes parking challenging We have a certain neighbor who is very vocal about "his parking spot," in front of his home; however, it is all public street parking.
