White tile floors are in the living room and adjacent kitchen to offset the new herringbone tile backsplash, washed grey oak cabinets and quartz countertop. Dine or work at the table with a long bench with pillows. Warm grey carpet in the bedroom, with Cal King bed, done in white, with hints of blue. This comfortable one bedroom/one bathroom condo allows you to enjoy ocean views from the balcony or head down the elevator and take a few steps to the beach. The balcony beckons you with a high-top table and 2 chairs. Also two lounge chairs and side table. The kitchen contains all you need to cook, eat, drink and enjoy including dishwasher, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Plenty of closet space lines the hallway to the bathroom.
