This is a 2 story Spanish Revival built in the 1930's. We only rent it by the month minimum. The house is on A. Avenue, close to the corner of 5th. Two bedrooms, king and queen, upstairs with bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. There are three bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bath tub. The largest bathroom contains laundry room with washer/dryer. Downstairs is the den, full bathroom, living-room, dining-room and a goumet kitchen newley remodeled. The outdoor patio off the dining room has a full BBQ and fireplace with two patio table and chairs for entertaining.

There is also a flat screen in one of the bedrooms upstairs. free wifi throughout the house

this is a beautiful home We rent our home below the market value because we want only people who will value it's uniqueness and take care of it for us when we are off traveling.
there is a full cottage in the back with a queen bedroom, full kitchen and bathroom and living area with tv and interent for an additional $3000 a month It has it's own private parking. the home is great for entertaining but
not suitable for children under the age of 8 or dogs There is no yard.
