Very spacious living! Very private, quiet location with private parking. One bedroom with queen bed, full kitchen and bath with tub and shower. Everything you need and ready to move in. Close to 5th and A. Ave. Opens to private patio with full size BBQ and wood fireplace. Exceptional outdoor lighting to accent the lush garden and outside pond/fountain. Spacious 650 sq ft Quiet alley street, far from traffic. Will consider small well behaved, non-barking dog..

Summary: Smiles and laughter when we arrived in the garden surrounding the cottage. Garden art by the owner was eclectic and fun. A spacious cottage, comfortable and quiet. Morning walks to drink coffee on bench overlooking the ocean. Daily bicycle rides along the bay, under the bridge. Coronado Library has musical concerts Friday afternoon. Thankfully our dog was allowed to come too which meant Dog Beach visits every day. Hopefully 2025 will see us back at this VRBO.
