1200 sq ft Ranch style cottage nestled on its very private and secluded half acre. Easy access to Sleepy Hollow Lake and the Hudson River Boat launch. A 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom house that can comfortably accommodate seven adults with 3 bedrooms; 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and a sleeper couch with a full bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room.
the open floor concept is perfect for entertaining and relaxing alike A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a full freezer is perfect for cooking (or reheating leftovers!) along with plenty of cabinet space for snacks. The living room has a gas fireplace to relax with a good book or glass of wine! Walk out onto the outdoor deck with a patio table and propane grill. Relax by the fire pit surrounded by nature.
