Beautifully renovated mid-century modern 3200 sq foot lakefront home with every amenity imaginable! House is secluded by a forest of cedars giving you lots of privacy. private dock and lakefront allow for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing as well as lots of other fun water activities!
house comes with a canoe, several kayaks, outdoor hammocks, a paddle board, and lounge chairs for the sun as well as several outdoor tables and enough outdoor seating for over 10 people A large gas bbq is provided as well. The huge deck outside of the home is perfect for al fresco dining among the trees and sunshine.
we also have an outdoor shower and a hot tub with 48 jets that seats 4-6 people comfortably
the interior of the house has a large living room with a sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace
the kitchen comes fully stocked and has a breakfast bar as well as a dining table Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, the list goes on and on- You will find what you need here to make the perfect meal.
just off the kitchen is a 4 season room with additional seating and beautiful views of the outdoors
a family room/ game room is located on the ground floor with an extra large sectional, smart flat screen tv with dvd/vhs player for movie watching, video games, lots of board games and puzzles, a record player, cocktail video game table, and an air hockey table
4 bedrooms total- one with a king bed, two with queens and one with a twin bunk bed comfortably sleeps 8
sleepy hollow is a private community so with the house rental you have access to its two in-ground pools, beach, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many kids playgrounds as well - so much fun for the whole family to be had!
