with accommodation over two floors, causeway cottage is perfect for six people The bedrooms are comfortable and beautifully presented with soft duvets in blues and whites and the open plan living and dining room has a lovely wood burning stove - perfect at any time of year. Outside there’s a charming sunny courtyard complete with table and chairs for a spot of alfresco dining or an aperitif. the cottage comes with parking and has a separate unheated outside shower room which can be accessed from the garden or the side passage without going through the house - great for washing off when you come up from the beach!

Stroll around the independent shops, galleries and cafes, take a walk along the dramatic cliff hugging coastal path to Branscombe beach. Branscombe has a couple of good pubs and a dog-friendly beach with a great cafe serving fresh seafood. Take a fishing trip or delve into Beer Quarry Caves, just a short drive away.

Door to paved patio. Door from patio to outside shower room with large tiled shower cubicle, wash basin, WC. this can be accessed from the side without having to go through the house, ideal when coming back from the beach!
upstairs: front bedroom with 2 single pine beds, pine wardrobe and chest of drawers 32" Smart TV Bedroom 2: has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and airing cupboard. HDR TV, Bedroom 3 has a double bed, built in cupboard and bedside table. Family bathroom: with power shower, non-slip bath mat, wash basin and WC.

Parking: A parking permit is provided for you at no extra charge for Beer Central car park located behind the The Dolphin Hotel in the centre of Beer. The parking permit is electronic so there is nothing to display in your car. The local office will contact you prior to your stay to request your car registration number. The permit will be available from the check in time on the arrival day of your booking. General: WiFi. Bedlinen is included but towels can be hired. Gas central heating. Welcome pack on arrival.
