The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by an island counter featuring induction hobs with integrated extraction hood and high quality, built-in appliances, enabling you to prepare your meals with ease. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, both of which offer direct outdoor access, A/C, 42 smart TVs and king size beds (1,60 X 2,00m). One of the bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom as well, with a shower cabin, while a second bathroom with a shower cabin is also available and can be used as a private bathroom for the second bedroom. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine/dryer can be found on this level.
