entering the main entrance of the villa on the first floor (pool level), there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a fireplace, a 49" satellite hdtv, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped island-style kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances including a wine cooler An impressive panoramic floor-to-ceiling window from the living room area with exceptional sea views leads to the outdoor terrace and the pool. A bathroom with shower is also found on the same floor.

The last bedroom which can be used as a guest house has a king-size bed, a desk, a 40" HDTV, an auxiliary kitchen and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom (guest house) has its own entrance and accessible from the outdoor area. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
