Positive: The location is very quiet and rural. The place is well equipped with bedding, bath towels, beach towels, and everything one needs in a kitchen. There's a lake nearby which we would have frequented if it hadn't rained so much. However, we really enjoyed playing pool and watching the Olympics on the large screen tv.
Negative: Note that the closest grocery store is half an hour away. Therefore, stock up before you arrive.
