Wonderful swimming, canoeing and fishing! Large mouth bass, pickerel and sunfish. Many miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. The lake sits in the middle of the Granville Connecticut Water District. Beautiful old growth forest. a berkshires hidden gem!
the 1946 cottage was built by our grandparents as a family summer retreat It's a lovely, rustic three season home. Available from May to August 2024. The lakefront cottage is uninsulated without central heating. The gorgeous fieldstone fireplace will warm the living room and kitchen areas, along with the wall heaters. Firewood is provided. The screen porch faces the lake. Relax and play on the large west facing dock RIGHT on the water. Swim, use the two canoes and paddleboard. NO MOTORIZED WATERCRAFT, DRONES or ATV’s ALLOWED.
