Guest can enjoy vast parking options, refinished hardwood floors, cozy furniture, and comfy bedding! Essentially a brand new home! Guest can enjoy being minutes from UNA, Downtown, the river, McFarland Park, Wilson Dam, Regency Square Mall & everything else Florence has to offer! All doorways are 36" and handicap accessible (minus the back door).

kitchen: the brand new kitchen features a granite island, large farmhouse sink, and is fully stocked with: pots, pans, baking sheets, microwave, oven, stove, mixing bowls, blender, crockpot, toaster, blender, dicer, keurig with coffee, and many many more cooking items! please note this location does not have a dishwasher nor dining area
