-refrain from throwing anything off the balcony and rooftop
-children under 12 years of age, must be accompanied by an adult on the balcony and rooftop at all times
-no more than 12 people on the premises without prior approval
-report any damages to us that occur while you are in residence
-garage door shouldn't be open at all
