Positive: Close proximity to the tram station and the grocery store. Underground parking is a plus.
Negative: The apartment was not clean enough, couch and the kitchen were covered in dust. We requested for a an additional baby cot. This was made available but we had to assemble it ourselves. Later we discovered that the mattress for it was not provided. On asking we were told it would not be possible. (Who would travel on holiday with a mattress!!) This should have been made clear in advance. The dishwasher does not clean properly, maybe it is not maintained properly. Kitchen lacks basic amenities like kitchen towels, salt pepper etc. The garbage disposal bags were also limited and small which doesn’t fit the trash cans.
Summary: We wasted half of our day cleaning the apartment, setting up the kitchen with basic amenities etc.
