Positive: Let's make it clear. The house is in a very good location, parking place available, and the facilities in the house are top notch.
Negative: It was the worst experience in collecting the keys from our whole trip of 20 days. There was a sequence of messages concerning the reception. It changed from defining a precise hour of arrival - which we did - to the need to drive around 2kms away from the location to collect the keys from a lock box. Our contact (maybe the owner) did not manage to get someone to meet us in the location so we had to extract all the needed information from him. Address of the lock box, number of parking place, we had to guess by trial which of the 4 or 5 keys were to be used. The whole process took us about 1 hr.
Summary: Very good room, very bad experience in collecting keys.
