we are a dog friendly house with the following pet policy:
• approval and non-refundable $200 pet fee must be confirmed prior to your stay
• pet not allowed on furniture or in pool
• pet must be fully house trained
• pet must be completely cleaned up after
• pet must be leashed at all times when not in fenced area
• pet must be crated indoors when not home with pet
• if barking becomes an issue during stay, alternative arrangements must be made
• 1 pet per stay
• if it is determined that a pet was in the house without prior authorization an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged and guest will be removed from the premise immediately
