this is a custom built tiny home located in palma sola, a quiet waterfront neighborhood 2 miles from the causeway to bradenton beach and 6 miles from anna maria island The tiny home is completely private and separated from the main residence by fence and lush landscaping. The interior showcases high-end finishes like polished concrete floors, marble countertops, micro-cement walls, plank wood ceilings, and European slab cabinets. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, induction burners, refrigerator, Nespresso machine and toaster oven. Huge picture windows bring the outside in, you feel like you are in nature. There are no window coverings as the property is completely fenced and private, we provide you with sleeping eye masks for the mornings you'd like to sleep in. The bed/booth/dining area was custom built to optimize space. The booth has a hidden queen bed underneath (extremely comfortable luxury foam mattress) that slides out on rollers. In the morning, roll the bed back under the booth to reclaim space. The home is 240 sqft under air with an equal sized patio. Enjoy the new hot tub that is loaded with jets for the ultimate relaxation.
