Appropriate action must be taken to avoid animal problems. Although preventative deterrent action is taken by the owner of the property during the spring and summer, rodents (most notably squirrels, chip monks, and mice) and insects (most notably black ants, carpenter ants, and yellow jacket bees) may be present during the summer months inside and outside of the Property. Continuous mitigation of rodents and insects is often necessary and may include spraying, trapping, and other pest control activities. Should a pest problem arise, no refunds will be given until adequate opportunities to bring resolution to the problem have occurred.
