The epitome of the perfect family beach retreat! Just over 3 blocks to the boardwalk and beach. Superb outdoor living with patio, spacious sun decks & balconies. Very well appointed w/ upgraded finishes.
the open great room & dining room w/ 10' ceilings, crown molding, wood burning fireplace and hardwood floors flows to the gourmet kitchen w/ granite counter tops and continues to sunroom w/ extra refrigerator 1st floor master suite (w/ glass and marble bath) has direct access to the patio. The landing midway up to the 2nd floor opens to a large sundeck w/ lounge chairs and dining table for 6. The second level features another master suite w/ wood burning fireplace, marble and glass bath and direct access to the front sundeck. Also 1 queen size bedroom, w/ direct access to the front sundeck, and 3rd bedroom w/ two twins and 2nd full bath. The third floor features 2 queen size bedrooms, 1bedroom w/ two twins and a full bath with walk in shower.

Summary: I traveled with family and friends and we truly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was large enough to accommodate our party of 10 plus more, and we were very comfortable and very close to downtown . Some minor updates needed i.e., torn mini blinds, but I would definitely stay here again. David was a pleasure to communicate with.
