It is the perfect location with just a short walk to all of Rehoboth's restaurants, shopping, two parks/ playgrounds, the boardwalk and of course…the beach. This townhome overlooks the private community salt-water pool in the quiet, relaxing Scarborough Village community. Inside is a fully functioning kitchen with all the necessary appliances, plenty of seating, three TV's and 2 1/2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle bed, 1 crib and 1 sleeper sofa. A full-sized washer and dryer are located within the unit on the second floor. The back patio is great for grilling and relaxing. Or enjoy the deck off the second-floor primary bedroom which overlooks the pool. The unit includes cable, internet, a DVD player and two private covered parking spaces (curbside parking also available).
