the base rate covers the first 7 people Each additional person is just $30 per person/per day. This is applied to anyone age 3 and over (kids 2 and under are free). The fee is applied to anyone that comes to the property (not just those staying the night). The extra person fee covers additional wear and tear to the property and amenities, additional professional cleaning/disinfecting, increased use of the internal plumbing, electricity, and other utilities, etc. Want to bring a pet? No problem, it's just $300 per pet per stay.

no smoking inside the house or garage Evidence of smoking inside will result in a $1000 fine.

10 No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
11 Refund Policy: 100% refund up to 30 days before arrival, 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
12 Please do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage which you will be charged for.
13 Please place any moved furniture back in its original position. A $100 fee will apply if all items are not properly reset before checkout.
14 An additional fee of $200 will be charged for guests who arrive early (before the designated check in time) and also for those who check out late (after the designated check out time).
15 Cancelled reservations will be charged 3% to cover credit card processing fees.
