this is a very large unit and there is a whole other living area with a futon, perhaps for guests This is a very large One Bedroom unit with plenty of extra space and multiple closets and pantries. We have a whole other area where we have the futon and plenty of space for a third person to sleep. (The Primary Bedroom can sleep 2 - a couple) This is specifically designed for 1 or 2 people to stay comfortably.
