this is an extremely cozy loft with modern conveniences, tall wood baseboards & door frames A huge kitchen set up with a pantry full of items for your use, as well as barn doors separating the master bedroom & bathroom. This apartment is set up with a pull-out couch bed, small desk workstation with a computer monitor attached for any remote working scenarios.
please bear with us as we have started working on the first floor units and the exterior of the building after having completed the beautiful renovations for our second floor units two years ago We appreciate your understanding and support.

main door code works on both the front and back doors Your unit code is specifically for your door. The owner locked cabinet in the hallway is off limits. There is plenty of cabinet space available in the kitchen and bedroom for your use.
there is complimentary parking in the back of the building, and also parking is available along the street

the ybor area is a historic district and all walks of people visit the area Mostly a working class neighborhood. You can enjoy unbelievable cuban coffee, amazing diverse food, wonderful night life, and people.
