Updates have been made, but the entirety of the apartment has not been completely stripped. This 575 sqft unit is on the third floor of a Garden Style apartment complex.

please note: this apartment is located inside a gated/fenced 30+ unit building The complex was built in the 1990s and occasional noises from neighboring apartments may apply. Located off a side road to the freeway. Urban noises are to be expected during business hours and occasionally on non business hours.
late fee: check our time is strictly at 11am We do not offer late check outs. Our late fee is $100. We pay our professional cleaning service for each hour of time spent at the unit.
we also often have an incoming guest the same day We need the time to get the unit ready. Thank you for understanding that that the check out is firm by 11am.
smoking: prohibited If any trace of smoke/smoking will result in a $500 fine We are very strict on this house rule.

For mail and letters, we recommend sourcing them to a local USPS, FED EX, or post office.
