Our holiday home, known as Olde Beach Villa, is a modern 2-level beach house located on New Zealand's beautiful Kapiti Coast which is on the west coast of the Lower North Island. The property is just a stroll across the road and over the dunes to the expansive and pristine Waikanae Beach. Popular cafes, restaurants, bakery, convenience store, tennis courts and children’s playground are a few minutes walk, as well as an ‘Electric Vehicle Rapid charger’ convenient for those with electric vehicles.
this holiday home measures 170 m2 and has undergone extensive refurbishment and redecoration The upstairs offers spacious open-plan living, ideal for entertaining, and features great indoor-out door flow. It comprises a large sitting-dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a heat pump/air con unit in the main living area to keep guests cool in the summer and warm in the colder months.
