Our home in Wickenburg Ranch has it all! Located an hour from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and 30 minutes north of Surprise AZ, it’s the perfect location to enjoy the best of both worlds between city and country. We require 1st of the month check-in and end of month checkout. This house is 2200 sq. ft. of comfortable living space and fully furnished with everything needed to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. An open floor plan gives a large welcoming feel with the primary suite and guest bedroom on opposite sides of the living area. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and cook meals including a large walk-in pantry with an additional beverage refrigerator. A home office, complete with printer, is perfect for computer time or remote work. Our backyard is very private and takes in beautiful views of the desert and mountains. It's appointed with a BBQ area, water feature and multiple seating areas including a fire table.
wickenburg ranch offers all the benefits of a resort Two golf courses, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, a resort style pool and hot tub, state of the art fitness center and day spa. Two restaurants are conveniently located in the community. Jake’s Spoon is the signature restaurant at Wickenburg Ranch serving modern Arizona Roadhouse cuisine and views of the award winning Big Wick golf course and mountains. It’s a great place to take in the incredible Arizona sunsets. The Watering Hole bar/restaurant is located at the Li’l Wick 9 hole golf course and the perfect place to grab a bite to eat after a short round of golf. Surrounded by water, music and big screen TV’s, it’s a great place to gather with friends. The Li’l Wick golf course is just around the corner from the house. The community Lake Park features catch and release fishing. Enjoy the gathering areas in the park or have fun with frisbee golf. Wickenburg Ranch prides itself with miles of walking trails both paved and unpaved throughout the community. There are endless additional community activities to participate in throughout the year.
