an idyllic victorian farmhouse overlooking the old meadow and trout lake All properties have held the Visit England 4-star award for many years.
the house sleeps 9 in 4 bedrooms, with space for two travel cots All rooms are spacious. Upstairs, there’s a family room (double and single beds), twin room no.1, twin room no.2 with an en suite, and a shared family bathroom. Downstairs, twin room no.3 is accessed by one step from the entrance hallway. Across the hall are a large farmhouse kitchen, breakfast room, shared shower, and toilet. The dining room seats 8 to 10 people, and the spacious TV lounge has three three-person sofas. Both rooms feature wood burners.

carrying food from the group dining room to and from the kitchen of barton house (the farmhouse) works well for groups There is a covered walkway, and it's approx a 12-meter walk from the oven to the group dining space. Place settings for 20 people and well-equipped with pans, etc. Even larger pans are available on request.
all cottages and group facilities are within 150 meters The play area and gardens are between the other two smaller cottages along with the health suite and the games barn.
outside diy catering options for groups include gas bbq, patio heaters, and ooni pizza oven are available for hire - £30 per item per session
each property has a charcoal bbq available for free; please provide your charcoal
the 250-acre farm includes lakes and woodland, providing idyllic walking, picnic spots, and coarse and trout fishing

it’s always advisable to keep dogs on leads around the yard and farm
any significant damage or stains would have to be paid for
pets cannot be left alone in the properties at any time and shouldn't be taken into the games barn area
we do have a large dog crate and towels suitable for pets on request
there is a large meadow in front of the main house where you can exercise your doggie, and a wash area is on the corner of barton house
