Positive: Not much, it had a decent view
Negative: It was not conveniently located. It was very noisy and right off the side of the expressway. It was not clean and several things were broken including the front door. Several rooms did not have blinds or window coverings. There was a small plan growing between the front door seal. It smelled of mold, musky mildew.
Summary: Not worth the price. Stay somewhere else!
