we have been owners for several years at westgate smoky mountains resort, spa, and waterpark Occasionally have our units available for rent. This year rentals for the July 4th Holiday season are available for a 7-night stay, checking in on/after Saturday June 28, 2025 (4:00 pm check in) and checking out on/before Saturday July 05, 2025 (10:00 am check out).
our rentals consist of two one-bedroom suites connected with a privacy lockout that can sleep up to eight The larger of the two is a Premium Suite with 1 King-size bedroom, in-room Jacuzzi tub, large spacious bathroom with huge shower. The Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), gas fireplace and balcony, full kitchen with washer/dryer, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 905 sq. ft.
the other is a standard suite has 1 king-size bedroom, large bathroom with washer/dryer Living area has beautiful leather furniture (including a Queen-size sofa sleeper), compact full kitchen, dining and entertainment area. Approx. 510 sq. ft.
