the main level features an open floor plan including a large living room, dining area and full kitchen with hardwood floors and lots of windows for natural light The fully functional and well equipped kitchen has a gas stove, large refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a large island to prepare food and gather. A full bathroom with shower and laundry closet completes the first floor.
upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms ; 2 with queen bed and 1 with a full bed All bedrooms have either a mini split or window for air conditioning. Additionally there is a Futon in the living room for extra sleeping if needed. The shady back yard here is so inviting with a 24x14 deck with outdoor dining furniture, gas grill, enclosed outdoor shower, firepit and a grassy fenced in yard - its a perfect spot to hang out after the beach and in the evenings.
