The unit includes a wet boat slip and spectacular views of Indian Bay. You are less than a block to the Dauphin Island Fishing Rodeo and Lighthouse Bakery, as well as many other businesses within walking distance. The public beach is just 1.3 miles away. The new Dauphin Island Convention Center is just across the street.

1 Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2 Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3 All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4 A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5 Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
6 Please start dishes and linens before departure.
7 Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
8 Although we LOVE our Fur Babies, we don't allow them in our property to keep our units pristine for our guests' enjoyment.
