the house is located in the new river valley and is on claytor lake directly across from the state park's public boat launch The very quiet neighborhood has a private road with little traffic and is conveniently located within 5 minutes of Exit 101 of Interstate 81. The house sits directly on Claytor Lake with a dock for your own private access to the water. Only 30 minutes to Virginia Tech and 20 minutes to Radford University, and 3 minutes from Claytor Lake State Park. There are many wineries and breweries throughout the area. The area is great for a summer lake vacation, a fall get-away to enjoy the beautiful fall colors, or a peaceful winter retreat.

when you arrive, you will follow honeysuckle ln until you get to wH. Smith Drive and follow the one-lane gravel road to the front of the lake. The house will be the paved driveway on the right. There is space for a maximum of three vehicles in the driveway. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and never on neighboring properties. The road coming into the area is tight, so if you plan on bringing a trailer or larger vehicle of any type contact the host for help with where you can park it.
