we have olive oil, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, sugar, some spices in the drawer to the left of the stove (cumin, cinnamon, oregano, chili powder, red chili flakes, garlic powder), and tea bags
for coffee - we have a french press as well as a drip coffee maker (we supply coffee filters but not coffee)

we have a few games/deck of cards in the cabinet below the tV.
tv access: use the remote control to turn on the tv and navigate through the menu that provides access to apps and streaming services You can sign into the streaming services that you are signed up for i.e.: Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave, Etc.
speaker: the speaker below the tv is used to amplify the television but can also be used as a bluetooth speaker for music (ie. Spotify).

this property is brand new, so we are in the very early stages of outdoor projects that include adding top soil/grass, making gardens, walking paths, and shoreline access
*current beach access is via a semi-steep bank, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues The beach is a mix of rock (covered with seaweed), clam flats and at low tide a small sandy area.
this home is located in the rural community of port wade - approximately a 20 minute drive from the town of annapolis royal Groceries and any necessities should be purchased on your way to the property.
