Owl’s Nest is a bright and airy 2,000 sq ft year round lakefront home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equipped kitchen, two decks and a balcony at the water’s edge. With almost 400 feet of private waterfront and mature trees all around, the setting is magical any season. The boat dock, deep water swim platform and a shallow swim area allow guests of all ages to enjoy the lake. Fishing is great! Many good-sized brook trout, brown trout, smallmouth bass and largemouth bass. We are conveniently located near the boat launch (on Biscay Road). Owl's Nest is only 4 miles from Damariscotta Center, where you will find many local shops, restaurants, art galleries, river waterfront activities, town library and more. we love our lake house, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

hannaford supermarket is a 5 min drive; main street grocery (local supermarket) and rising tide co-op (great variety of organic and locally sourced foods) are a 7 min drive from the house There are many farm stands within a short drive from Owl’s Nest. Farmer’s Market is held every Friday morning in season (5 min drive).
