this cozy, waterfront cottage is located 20 minutes north of green bay and is perfect for family and friend gatherings This property comes with a fully loaded kitchen, living room, four seasons room, two bedrooms, a full bath with a large stand up shower and large tub, and a mud room with washer and dryer. Bedroom set up includes TV, DVD player, 2 full size beds, while the additional bedroom includes a TV, DVD player and queen size bed. The three season room includes a breakfast table, chairs, and a futon that pulls out into a full size bed for additional people. The living room is spacious enough to include a blow up mattress (provided by property owners), with a large flat screen TV and DVD player. Property can sleep 8-10 people.
