Our neighbors are starting a remodel of their house. Phase 1 is the removal of trees and the installation of a septic tank during the spring and summer of 2025. Phase 2 is the demolition of the old home starting September 2025. The construction of the new home will start in the fall of 2025. I do not know the completion date. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
