Its a very calming experience to look out of the windows. Watch the ferries and ships go by right in front of the living room. Ideal location within walking distance from Pike Place Market (5mins), Seattle Aquarium (across the street), the Seattle Ferris wheel, sculpture park etc. Only waterfront community in Seattle and next to Marriot on waterfront.

If you love walking around its convenient, if you like to drive around there is a secure parking garage in the condo for your car. This is a luxury condo with all the amenities you expect in a high quality hotel with brand new furnishings and local Seattle art. AC and Heating in the unit. A fully equipped kitchen. Please note that Seattle downtown waterfront beautification project is almost completed, they may have minor work in progress around the property during your stay. The views remain unaffected .
